I started this piece with a lot in mind, but unfortunately, I'm not very good at writing out my thoughts.
I've always felt that greed, along with the other "deadly sins" and many other human tendencies that we generally try to discourage, are merely exaggerated versions of some innate biological properties that help us with our survival and well-being. In the case of greed, I believe that there aren't much inherent wrongs with our natural desire for more things, but problems do arise when the desire goes over the line of social acceptability.
What I wanted to paint here is the beautiful side of a sin. To me, "greed" also manifests in our craving for knowledge, the longing for love, or simply the wish for a pleasant moment to last longer.

I really, really really love your artwork! In my Illustration course I want to talk to my classmates about your work and share them your gallerie for an assigment, so if you could tell me something more about you and your graphic style or a website, IŽd really thank you and my classmates, whom i guess will like your art as well
Thanks for replying...Maybe when did you start drawing, what are your favorite tools and techniques, what are the most relevant themes in your work, did you study arts or design or are you self-taught? You know...like a little bio
I'm so sorry for the late reply. The last few days had been hectic for me. I apologize if I've caused any trouble for your class. Do you still need my bio?
I agree with your idea that teir are some good sides at some of the sins/bad habbits we have. We weren`t where we are now if we weren`t a little greedy from time to time. Just a little ^^ And of course is the picture very beautiful.
